At Orderly Oasis, we believe in clear communication for a sparkling experience. These terms and conditions outline everything you need to know about our professional cleaning services, ensuring transparency and a smooth journey from booking to a beautifully clean space. We're committed to delivering exceptional quality, and these guidelines help us achieve that together.

Transparent booking terms

Before you book your next professional clean with Orderly Oasis, here are the essential details you need to know. We operate a unique 'NO CONTRACT'' service.  No more being tied in with long-term contracts, like competing Businesses, we offer complete flexibility for all our clients.

All we ask for is a one-month holding fee of your required cleans for your continuous/regular cleaning services, which helps us secure your preferred time slots and commitment. This is just a holding fee, to secure your regular cleans.  Continue cleans thereon, payment is due on the day of each completed clean.  

The holding fee should you decide to end our services will already pay for the final month. This in turn means no payment will be required for the final month of your cleans as we will already have it in holding.  This enables us time to find alternative customers for your slot to ensure staff do not loose out on work due to short term cancellations of our services.

Of course should you wish to cease our services due to good reason and we are in agreement, the services can stop with immediate effect and a refund of the holding fee will be given.

For one-off cleans, a 50% booking fee/deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the completed clean.

Managing your clean: policies and payments

We understand that schedules can change. For regular cleans, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the clean will still need to be paid for in full. Alternatively, if the payment is refused to be paid a deduction for the late notice will be taken from your holding payment.

For one-off cleans, the same 48-hour notice period applies; failure to provide this will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Should you be unsatisfied with our professional services for good reason and we are in agreement after review, a full refund will be given.

Ensuring the perfect clean

To help us deliver our exceptional 'Professional Cleans', please provide us with some key information before our arrival. We kindly ask that you inform us of any pets residing in your home, as well as the size and type of your property (e.g., Bungalow, Townhouse, etc.). Additionally, letting us know about the general condition of your property in advance helps us prepare thoroughly and ensure we bring the right equipment and allocate the appropriate time for a pristine finish. We do require a short video/photographs for evidence and confirmation that your property is being detailed correctly.  Your cooperation helps us achieve the best results!
